Moller and his British teammate Tommy Foster came through from third on the grid to take the chequered flag over seven seconds ahead of the second placed, the pole sitting no85 R-ace GP Duqueine.
The GT3 win went to the no51 AF Corse Ferrari 296, with the Italian team securing maximum points from the weekend by adding the 25 points for the win to the point for pole position. Matt Kurzejewski and Alessandro Balzan stood on the top step of the podium after Balzan took the chequered flag less than two seconds ahead of Fran Rueda in the no74 Kessel Racing Ferrari
The 35-car grid was led into the first corner by the no44 Team Virage Ligier of Jamie Falvey, the British driver getting ahead of pole position holder Fabien Michal in the no85 R-ace GP Duqueine on the run into the corner. Falvey also had to fend off a determined run by his teammate Oscar Bittar in the no59 Ligier, with the two cars nearly clashing on the entry to the corner.
There was an incident in the mid field as the no84 ANS Motorsport Ligier and the no62 Bretton Racing Ligier spun, causing some of the following cars to take to the grass and escape road to avoid them.
Matt Kurzejewski in the no 51 AF Corse Ferrari had held onto his lead but had his teammate Custodio Toledo in the no88 Ferrari challenging for the lead and the no74 Kessel Racing 296 of Andrew Gilbert and the no83 Iron Dames Lamborghini of Célia Martin following closely behind
Back at the front the gap between the no44 Ligier and the no85 Duqueine had opened up to two seconds while Jens Moller in the no20 High Class Racing Ligier and Oscar Bittar in the no59 Ligier were fighting for third while keeping pace with the leaders.
On Lap 6 the no83 Lamborghini spun at T13 and stopped in the middle of the track, dropping Martin to the back of the field. The second placed #88 Ferrari was giving a 10 second penalty added to the next pitstop for a start infringement.
On Lap 8 the leading Team Virage Ligier slowed, with Jamie Falvey having to return to the pits. At almost the same time Oscar Bittar in the no59 Team Virage span off and into the gravel at T11 while the no99 More Motorsport Ligier ended up the gravel at T1 in separate incidents, bringing out the Safety Car to remove the two stranded cars.
Falvey reported vibrations and a loss of drive from his Ligier and the British driver was forced to retire when the team examined the car on arrival in the pitlane.
The race went back to green after 16 minutes and the no85 R-ace GP Ligier was now leading the race from the no34 Inter Europol Competition Ligier of Alexander Bukhantsov, with Jens Moller in the no20 High Class Racing Ligier in a close third place.
Meanwhile Dino Lunardi in the no17 IDEC Sport Ligier was up to 6th from the back of the grid, the French driver making further progress before hitting the front of the field as the pitstop window opened.
Célia Martin the no83 Lamborghini elected to stay out until the last minute and briefly held the race lead. However, her pit entry speed was judged to have been too fast and teammate Karen Gaillard had to serve a Drive Through penalty as a result.
After the pitstops were complete, the battles continued, with the no85 R-ace GP Ligier with Hadrien David at the wheel coming under pressure from Tommy Foster in the no20 High Class Racing Ligier.
The no51 AF Corse Ferrari with Alexander Balzan at the wheel was still leading the GT3 category, with the no74 Kessel Racing Ferrari of Fran Rueda being caught by the no88 AF Corse Ferrari of Riccardo Agostini after Agostini had to wait an extra 10 seconds in the pitlane for the earlier penalty.
With less than 25 minutes remaining the no20 Ligier passed the no85 R-ace GP Ligier into T1 to take the lead of the race.At the other end of the pit straight the no17 IDEC Sport Ligier of Patrice Lafargue went off at T14 into the gravel and the second Safety Car of the race was deployed to recover the stranded car.

Foster in the no20 Ligier started to open a gap to the following cars as the no34 Inter Europol Competition Ligier of Rik Koen was challenging Hadrien David for second place. David held off his Dutch rival, but this allowed Foster to pull away and take the chequered flag by seven seconds.
It was a Ferrari 1-2-3 in GT3 with the no51 AF Corse finishing ahead of the no74 Kessel Racing 296, with the second AF Corse Ferrari of Agostini in third place.
